Mike Thompson has been with our shop for over 17 years, he has over 40 years of auto/truck repair experience. Mike is not only a first class Removal and Reinstallation (R&R) Technician, his expertise also allows him to conquer a variety of transmission & undercar repairs. Justin Robertson has been back with us as part of our team for nearly 3 years now. He not only is an amazing Removal and Reinstallation technician, but he brings with him over 15 years of general automotive experience. Justin is now our Differential & Manual Transmission Specialist, making sure every differential or manual transmission leaves the shop with the most accurate tolerances and best performance.
Joe was born into the transmission repair industry. His grandfather Marion Edgar founded Edgar’s Transmission over 40 years ago. While his father & mother (Charlie & Beverly) owned the business since the 80’s, Joe has always played an important role in the shop. Joe rejoined Edgar’s Transmission about 12 years ago, becoming our Lead Builder and today also oversees the shop as Shop Manager.
