We at Edgar’s Transmission are proud to introduce the newest member of our team, Andy Sweeney. Andy joined Edgar’s in August of 2020. Andy has three years of experience as an auto tech that began while he was in high school. He also has two years’ full-time experience repairing light duty to heavy duty vehicles while working for a fleet operation.

Growing up in rural Leavenworth County, Andy understands hard work and responsibility. He has operated heavy machinery and performed various tasks on a farm as part of his daily routine. Andy’s mechanical ability, great attitude, and work ethic make him a valued employee. We are excited he’s a part of our team.

Please help us in welcoming Andy to Edgar’s Transmission!

The customer of this cool ‘72 Bronco came in with its 3 speed manual popping out of gear. A quick removal of the top cover revealed the rear mainshaft bearing came apart allowing the entire mainshaft to “walk” when shifting, ruining all the brass synchros. A full rebuild and this Bronco is happy again. Thanks Bryce for continuing to choose Edgar’s transmission for you vehicles needs! ... See MoreSee Less
